Full Home Cleaning

We base our full home cleaning prices on the square footage of your home, but we do take into account areas that are not carpeted. Because of this, and because we’d like to know more about the condition of your carpet, we prefer to give you a custom quote after speaking with you. Our full home cleanings start at $165 for single level homes and $175 for two story homes.

Teflon Stainguard and Pet Odor Treatment ranges from $29 - $49, depending on the size of your home. There is an additional charge for Rotovac due to expense associated with specialty equipment and extended labor time. Note: Minimum charge of $95 applies to any home service. We accept drop-offs to our warehouse location for smaller ticket items such as area rugs. We do not offer monthly specials on Move Out cleaning unless specified in offer. Payment is due at time of service.
