Area Rugs
All area rugs are custom priced based on the number of square feet of your rug. As we have a minimum charge for home visits, it is recommended that you have area rugs cleaned at the same time we’re cleaning your home carpet. We do accept rugs dropped off at our warehouse facility, for which you will not incur the minimum fee and will be charged only the square footage price.
Certain rugs are not safe to clean with a standard truck mount system. We’re happy to answer any questions you might have about your area rugs. If we think the truck mount system could potentially cause damage to your rug, we will refer you to one of several specialty rug cleaning companies we trust to provide you with quality service. Rugs that are purchased from retail stores such as Home Depot, Pottery Barn, etc. are usually fine to clean with our system. Rugs that look like carpeting (with pile), versus being woven, are also generally safe to clean with our truck mount system.
Teflon Stainguard
What is DuPont Teflon Stainguard, and why do you need it? Teflon is the product that is applied to the yarns in your carpet during the manufacturing process. Teflon repels liquid and keeps dirt on the surface of your carpet, helping to protect against stains and spots. At least once per year, you should consider having your Teflon reapplied, as it will wear off with traffic. We charge only the cost of the Teflon (no labor or tax) should you choose to add this to your service.
Auto Interiors & Workspaces
Just like the carpet in your home, auto carpet and upholstery attracts dust and allergens, like mold, dust mites, fungus, and pollen. We can detail your auto interior and leave your vehicle “factory fresh” and smelling great.
Can’t get those pesky spots off the garage floor? We are experienced in cleaning concrete surfaces and often work with clients who have industrial warehouse spaces with tire tracks, auto fluid stains, and general traffic marks. We can clean your commercial space or home garage, leaving you with a work space you can be proud of.
Upholstery
Is your home upholstery a little worse for the wear? Oils from your pet’s coat, grimy kid fingers, that chocolate chip you accidentally sat on and melted into the cushion, not to mention the general affinity that contaminants like mold, dust mites, and pollen have for fabrics, can all leave your sofas and loveseats looking and smelling less than their best.
Using the industry’s finest Drymaster cleaning tools, we can revitalize your sofa, loveseats, and other home upholstery.
The last step in cleaning your furniture is rinsing the upholstery with pure, clear water, leaving nothing behind except for beautifully clean furniture. This method works well with all types of fabrics, including microfiber.
Pet Odor Treatment
Do you have pets? Just because your pets are potty trained doesn’t mean pet odor treatment isn’t for you.
There are several sources of pet odor in the home. Urine, feces, blood, vomit, and oils from your pet’s coat can all contribute to unpleasant spots and odors in your carpet. You should know that if you have pets and you decide to get your carpets cleaned, you may want to add pet treatment even if your pets have not recently urinated in the carpeting. Oftentimes, a carpet cleaning will release “foreign dormant contaminants,” a term used to describe odors that have faded as they’ve made their way deep into the pile and pad. As the carpet is cleaned, these odors are moistened with steam and wicked back up to the surface of the damp carpet pile. Without a special treatment, these spots and odors will resurface.
There are two different products used to treat pet odors. The first type is formulated to break apart the decomposing oils from your pet’s coat that cause the musty, “doggy” smell often associated with elderly or large dogs.
The second type of pet odor treatment is a multi-phase enzyme solution that is applied in a two-step process. This solution breaks apart proteins that cause unpleasant odors associated with urine, feces, vomit, and blood. Both of these products do more than cover the smell of pet contamination – they destroy odor on a molecular level, leaving only a very light, pleasant scent behind.
IMPORTANT! Please be aware that for carpet that has been very badly damaged by pet urine, we cannot guarantee that all odor can be eliminated. If you have a large pet (resulting in a higher volume of urine), or a pet that has repeatedly urinated in the same spot, the urine has likely saturated the pad underneath your carpet. In this case, there is NO carpet cleaning system that can remedy the problem, and you may have to replace the pad. If the problem can be solved with a carpet cleaning, our equipment will do the job. Due to these factors, however, we do not guarantee that pet odor can be removed in all circumstances. We charge only for the cost of the treatment solutions should you choose to add this product to your service.

No matter how diligently you clean your home, sometimes soap scum or a spot of mold takes hold in the shower that you just can’t beat. Maybe the grout on your kitchen floor is looking grungy and tired after a few years of traffic. Our truck mount steam system can revitalize your tile and grout with water that reaches up to 250 degrees to kill and remove contaminants.
